WEXCO SIGNS PARTNERSHIP WITH AIRCRAFT CHARTER BROKERS

The two companies have been working together for nearly two years providing full and part charter for both passenger and freight. Customers include the Australian Defence Forces, the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade as well as other government and NGO organizations.
Commentating on the partnership announcement David Williams, chairman of Wexco said the deal would further strengthen product offerings to freight forwarders in Australia and New Zealand. “With the available scheduled carrier capacity available ex Australia and New Zealand we will be able to utilize our hubs in Singapore and Sharjah and develop charter routes from those hubs providing better charter options at more competitive pricing,” said Williams.
Formed in 1979, Wexco Group provides services with its carrier partners including Air China, Qatar Airways, DAS Air, Aeroflot Russian Airlines, El Al Israel Airlines and JAT Serbian Airlines.
