Virgin Australia adds to top team

Virgin Australia has hired Alistair Hartley, director of Strategy at International Airlines Group (British Airways' parent) to take up the position of chief transformation officer and David Marr, the Australian Woolworth’s chief operating officer, who joins the carrier in February as its chief financial officer.
The airline also has hired Nick Rohrlach, ceo of Jetstar Japan, to lead the Velocity frequent flyer program.
 
Other top hires are Lisa Burquest (from The a2 Milk Company) as chief people officer and former Qantas executive Moksha Watts as chief corporate affairs officer.
