Emirates is to resume passenger flights to Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane from next week, the ABC says.

The Dubai-based carrier apologised for its earlier action and announced a wider Covid testing regime for its staff on Dubai-Australia runs.

 

From Monday, flights will resume to Sydney, while services will return to Melbourne from Tuesday and to Brisbane from Thursday.

 

Passenger flights between Dubai and Perth and cargo operations to all Australian ports continue as scheduled.
