Hong Kong startup Greater Bay Airlines (GBA) has bid for the right to fly to more than 100 destinations across Asia, routes that were relinquished by now-defunct regional carrier Cathay Dragon.

Any objection to the application would result in a delay and probably a public hearing.

 

Almost half of the routes in the bid are from Hong Kong International Airport to destinations in mainland China, with others to Japan, Taiwan, Korea and Southeast Asia.
