Southwest joins 'dogs only' club

USA-based Southwest Airlines has joined other US airlines and from March 1 no longer will allow 'exotic' emotional support animals on its flights.
The 'dogs-only' change follows a US Department of Transportation (DOT) decision in December to revise the Air Carrier Access Act (ACAA) regulation on the transportation of service animals.
