Ghana’s Ministry of Aviation has told British Airways to keep its Accra flights at London Heathrow or face flying to a secondary Ghana airport.

The threat followed BA's plan to move its flights to the Ghanaian capital from London Heathrow to Gatwick.

 

If Ghana goes ahead with the threat, its second city Kumasi is about 100 miles north west of the capital by road.
