There are fears that mandatory Covid test costs (at up to A$200 per passenger) will delay the return of the family holiday market, with some countries requiring each outbound passenger to show a negative test three days before travel and the UK, for example, also requiring two tests during quarantine in its new 'at risk arrivals' program.
