The Sriwijaya Air Boeing 737-500 that crashed into the sea last month with 62 people on board had problems with its throttle levers, Indonesia's National Transportation Agency says.
"Both throttle levers showed anomalies," the agency said in a preliminary report on the accident.
A full report on the crash is expected early next year.
