In an understandable backflip, the UK government is considering coronavirus vaccine passports for air travel - and also for access to shops and event venues.

In an interview, Foreign secretary Dominic Raab said: “It’s under consideration, but of course you’ve got to make it workable.

 

“I’m not sure there’s a foolproof answer, but we’ll look at all the options.”
