All Nippon revises forecast

All Nippon Airways, Japan's second-biggest airline, says its business will dip into the red for the first time in six years and it expects a group net loss of JPY9 billion for the year to March 31 instead of a previously projected profit of JPY17 billion. It had a JPY64.1 billion profit the previous year.

Australia has joined other member countries of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) in ratifying the Montreal Convention (MC)  making it easier for air travellers to get better and faster settlement compensation for such things as flight delays, lost or damaged luggage and if they are involved in accidents.
