Aviation interests say don't test US domestic travellers

A group comprising the International Air Transport Association (IATA), Airlines for America, the US Travel Association and others representing the airline, travel and aerospace industries and unions has urged US president Joe Biden not to impose new Covid-19 testing requirements for travellers on domestic US flights, claiming such an action “is unwarranted” and would “disproportionately prevent low-income travellers and rural Americans in small communities" from travelling.
