Spirit delays merger vote for third time

Florida, USA-based budget carrier Spirit Airlines has postponed a shareholder vote on a proposed merger with Frontier Airlines for a third time - till July 15 - in order to continue talks with Frontier and rival bidder JetBlue Airways.
