Airbnb allegedly misled Australians about accommodation prices

The Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) has instituted proceedings in the Federal Court against Airbnb, Inc. and Airbnb Ireland UC (together, Airbnb) for allegedly misleading consumers intobelieving prices for Australian accommodation were in Australian dollars, when in fact for many consumers prices were in US dollars.
Sterntube-less concept to save shipowners thousands while keeping the oceans clean

Thordon Bearings has welcomed the announcement by classification society ABS to award Approval in Principle to the “sterntube-less ship” concept.The revolutionary design replaces a vessel’s sterntube with an irregular shaped chamber that allows a shorter, water-lubricated propeller shaft to be inspected and maintained while the vessel is afloat, without having to withdraw the shaft in drydock.
A sterntube-less ship features a shorter shaft with the prime mover further aft the vessel.

Preliminary April 2022 traffic figures from the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA) show that in revenue passenger (RPK) terms for the region, international passenger demand in April increased by 302.7 per cent year-on-year, while available seat capacity was 77.5 per cent year-on-year and international passenger load factor was up 36.3 per cent to 64.9 per cent.
