SilkAir to operate Naha direct

SilkAir, the regional wing of Singapore Airlines, will begin 12 direct, non-stop B737-800 charter flights between Singapore and Naha, Okinawa (Japan’s southernmost prefecture), between November 2016 and January 2017.
The charters are part of the continuing joint efforts to promote a Singapore-Okinawa air link.
Departing from Singapore Changi Airport, the flight time is approximately five hours and 15 minutes.
