Skytrax to downgrade BA?

IAG group carrier British Airways (BA) has been told research firm Skytrax might cut BA’s rating to three stars (out of five).
BA has had four stars since the ratings began 18 years ago.

BA recently has been accused of becoming more like a budget airline, dropping free snacks and drinks on short-haul services, cutting leg room on some flights and slashing business class perks.

BA also faces a four-day cabin crew strike starting June 16 and is in talks to outsource some of its call centres, though it says no decision on the centres has been made.
