TSA reports more guns found at airports

A new report by the USA's Transportation Security Administration (TSA) says there has been an increase in the number of loaded guns confiscated at airport security check points. In the May 22 to June 4 period, TSA discovered 150 guns in carry-on bags at airport security checkpoints across the country.

"One hundred twenty-eight of those were loaded and about 53 of them had a round chambered," said TSA spokesman Mark Howell.
TSA claims the number one excuse from travellers carrying loaded guns is 'forgetfulness'.
