26 carriers fail Nigeria's AOC test

Reports say 26 airlines have 'discontinued the process' of acquiring an Air Operator Certificate (AOC) in Nigeria. The Nigeria Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA) spokesman Sam Adurogboye said all 26 carriers had failed to complete the five-stage process.
