ACI World inks 2025 customer summit MoU with China's Guangzhou Airport

Airports Council International (ACI World) has signed an MoU with Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, China to host the 2025 ACI World Customer Experience Summit and Exhibition. 


The annual gathering is an airport event dedicated to 'customer and employee experience' and usually attracts more than 600 senior airport executives, civil aviation authority representatives, airport specialists and related business executives.
