Bonza offers discounted Darwin fares

Australia's leisure-focused Bonza has launched flights between Queensland's Gold Coast Airport and Darwin in the Northern Territory (NT).


The twice-weekly non-stop Gold Coast-Darwin route complements Bonza's existing route from Melbourne Tullamarine to the NT's Alice Springs.

Regular one-way fares to the NT start from A$149, but for the rest of this week, Bonza is offering more than 5,000 seats on all flights to/from the Gold Coast to Darwin from just A$89 one-way for travel until the end of May 2024.

In its first year, Bonza says it carried more than 750,000 customers to 21 destinations across Australia, with 84 per cent of its routes not served by any other airline and 89 per cent not served by a low-cost carrier.
