Qatar adds Luanda run

Qatar Airways has expanded  its network to include Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC).  
 
Effective 01 June 2024, the DRC's Luanda will see frequency grow from one to four weekly flights with a combined service to Kinshasa which Qatar will operate to for the first time. 
 
The new route will be operated by a B 787-8 equipped with 22 business class and 232 economy class seats, increasing the carrier's footprint in Africa.
