It already serves Glasgow and the Scottish capital will be one of nine destinations to see A350 services as it adds 10 of the aircraft to its fleet from September 15, connecting Dubai with cities in Europe, the Middle East, the Gulf and Asia.

It has 65 A350s on order.

The jets will be configured with three cabin classes holding 32 in business class, 21 in premium economy and 259 in economy.
