LAX terminal upgrades

Tom Bradley International Terminal at Los Angeles Airport, USA has completed a major upgrade project. Costing US$737 million and taking more than three years to complete, the new facility features wider and better-lit corridors in check-in lobbies, baggage carousels that handle bags faster, renovated restrooms and two aircraft gates that can accommodate new-generation aircraft, such as the A380 and B787 Dreamliner.

The terminal currently handles more than eight million passengers a year.
