Claus Huss, one of the former owners of TLS, will stay with the company to support Bo Larsen, throughout the acquisition process and beyond.
Established in 1999, TLS focusses on the transport, assembly and disassembly of different kinds of technical equipment throughout Denmark and Sweden.
It has also built up five ‘storage hotels’ in Aarhus, Copenhagen, Stockholm, Gothenburg, and Malmö which are available for its clients to store inventory ready for despatch 24/7.
In the previous twelve months, DANX has acquired regional companies Forslund & Malmström (FOMAB), and Tromsø Budbil Sentral (TBS).
