Supply chain software firm WiseTech Global has acquired Switzerland's Sisa Studio Informatica, a Customs and freight forwarding solutions provider.
Sisa's customers include divisions of DHL, Fiege Logistik, FedEx, Post CH, Agility, F. Hoffmann-La Roche and other exporters, freight forwarders and logistics service providers.
Sisa will remain under the leadership of managing director Roland Schumacher, with its operations to be integrated with the WiseTech Global group.
