Panhauser takes Schmidt role at DHL

Markus Panhauser (pictured) will be appointed the new chief executive of DHL Global Forwarding Germany and Switzerland effective 01 July, with responsibility for both country organisations in his new role.
Panhauser succeeds Tobias Schmidt, who has been ceo of DHL Global Forwarding Europe since November 2021.
Barbara Eleota will assume the role of Ocean Freight DHL Global Forwarding Europe, succeeding Panhauser.
