China's Air China Cargo is to launch an all-cargo service to Vietnam in Q3. Titus Diu, the carrier’s chief operating officer, said the service will be combined with a flight to Singapore, routing Shanghai to Singapore to Ho Chi Minh City and back to Shanghai.
