Dubai-based Emirates airline and Dubai Customs are co-ordinating the introduction of the IATA e-freight program to Dubai, the first city in the Middle East to do so and only the 14th e-freight location worldwide to deliver paper-free cargo. The Canadian Press reports that country's Transportation Safety Board (TSB) is assessing an airsafety incident but has not decided yet whether to investigate after a cargo and a passenger aircraft clipped each other in the air as they were landing in clear daylight in a remote northern Labrador community.
