Marine and time-critical logistics provider Global Transport Solutions (GTS) has acquired Cargo Holland, a freight forwarder based at Schiphol Airport, Netherlands.

IFLN Global Projects – the branch of the Houston, Texas-based International Freight Logistics Network (IFLN) - has joined forces with LARGO+ (the name deriving from ‘large cargo’, with a little bit extra).
The alliance brings together around 100 forwarders specialising in project cargo and expands their combined geographical coverage into new markets.

The USA's Atlas Air has taken delivery of the first of four Boeing B747-8 freighters for its long-term contract with Alibaba's logistics arm Cainiao, operating flights between China, the USA, Brazil and Chile.
The other three freighters also should be delivered this year.
