Ceva Logistics has purchased Spedag Interfreight, an international freight forwarding company in East Africa, from M+R Spedag Group, a family-owned transport and logistics company headquartered in Switzerland.
Latam Airlines Group plans to reinforce cargo connectivity between Europe and the Americas during the second half of this year, with more frequencies, a more diversified transatlantic network between Europe and strategic US cities, and greater connectivity to Central and South America via New York and Miami.
The carrier aims to increase cargo operations between Europe and the Americas, increasing weekly frequencies by 85 per cent from 7 to 13. In addition, new routes will be opened between Europe and the United States that will be served by freighter aircraft operated by Latam Cargo Colombia.
