The Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA) says the region’s airlines flew only 1.2 million international passengers in February, a 93.7 per cent decline year on year, though air freight load factors were 11.1 per cent improved at 71.7 per cent on capacity down 9.2 per cent.
