PAL adds first A321 to fleet

PAL 1 Philippine Airlines (PAL) has taken delivery of its first A321. The aircraft is the first of 64 new planes ordered by the airline in 2012 under a major fleet modernisation program, comprising 44 single-aisle A321s and 20 wide-body A330s.
The A321s are configured with 12 business class seats and 187 economy and will be operated primarily on international routes across the Asian region, as well as selected domestic flights.
