Turbulence injures another 12 passengers

Twelve people - six passengers and six crew - aboard a Qatar Airways jet flying from Doha in Qatar to Dublin, Ireland were injured by 'extreme turbulence' over Turkey.


The plane was met by emergency services including airport police and fire and rescue teams at Dublin airport.

Eight people were hospitalised.
 
It was the second turbulence incident in days after a Singapore Airlines jet hit turbulence on a flight from London and was forced to divert to Bangkok in Thailand with dozens of injured and one dead man on board.
