Straub to head FCM Travel sales

Lindsay Straub (pictured) has been appointed global head of sales for FCM Travel, the market corporate division of the Flight Centre Travel Group.
She will oversee and manage the company’s global sales strategy, identifying key opportunities for revenue growth across the business.

Straub will work closely with FCM’s regional sales leaders throughout the world to drive pipeline management, increase conversion, and improve customer acquisition. She will focus on developing strategic initiatives and innovative solutions that will help optimise sales processes and enhance productivity.

Based out of New York City, Straub will also be responsible for facilitating cross-functional collaboration and a cohesive sales strategy across departments, from account management, commercial, marketing, operations and product

Her career includes the  last 12 years with the BTN Group. She most recently served as the company’s vice president of sales, where she managed the global sales organisation.

Straub’s hire is effective immediately and she will report to London-based Marcus Eklund, FCM global managing director.
