Heathrow's stress score tops Europe table, says Preply

The UK's London Heathrow Airport has been named Europe's most stressful airport, with 34,000 pieces of luggage mislaid in a year according to on-line language platform Preply, which analysed data from 25 of Europe’s biggest airports to find which offered the worst passenger experience.

Preply considered Google review scores, 'stressful' reviews, lost luggage queries, punctuality and the number of passengers passing through each airport.
Heathrow had a stress score of 6.4 out of 10, (partly because there were 34,700 searches for lost luggage).

Second was Manchester Airport, with a stress score of 5.44 out of 10 and an average Google review score of three out of five.
