Borghetti to chair Crown Resorts

Former Qantas and Virgin Australia senior executive John Borghetti will Chair Crown Resorts as of 01 July 2024.  


Borghetti’s appointment follows William McBeath’s decision to step back, though McBeath will continue as an independent non-executive Crown director. 
McBeath was appointed Chair in July 2022 following the acquisition of the business by Blackstone.

Borghetti has more than 47 years’ experience in the aviation industry and currently is a director of Balmoral Pastoral Investments and a member of O’Connell Street Associates.
