Virgin Australia launches Uluru sale

Virgin Australia has launched B737 flights between Melbourne, Victoria and Uluru in the country's red centre in partnership with the Northern Territory government and Voyages Indigenous Tourism (which operates Ayers Rock Resort, Uluru).

The Uluru service also should attract its share of travellers from more than 600 cities around the world who fly on Virgin Australia’s code-share partners including Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, United Airlines and others.

The B737s are configured with up to 182 seats including in business, economy X (extra leg room economy) and economy class.

The airline currently is running a domestic sale from Melbourne (and from its Brisbane hub) to Uluru, with fares from A$119 one-way until Saturday 8 June 2024 and partner Ayers Rock Resort is offering rooms from A$230 plus tax per night for stays of three nights or longer including complimentary buffet breakfast for two.
