RwandAir in Qatar Air talks

Rwanda's state-owned carrier RwandAir says it expects Qatar Airways to take a major stake in the airline next month.
The African carrier already flies to Doha and the investment could lead to it joining Qatar Air in the oneworld marketing alliance.
