Elie Hanna (pictured) has been promoted to chief executive of ACS Dubai after Andrew Summers left the role in Dubai and to become regional director for ACS’s European offices.

Hanna joined the company 13 years ago and in his new role will be responsible for expansion in the Middle East market, with three senior members to join the private jet team in the region over the next two months.
