Unite stands back

UK carrier British Airways' cabin crew members will vote on whether to accept a revised pay offer from the airline.

A spokeswoman for the cabin crew union Unite has confirmed ballot papers would be sent out to members - without recommending either a yes or no decision.

The airline, which has already lost GBP150 million this year from a series of strikes, has welcomed the union's decision not to make a recommendation.

Unite previously has urged its members not to accept offers from the airline.
