Jensen to drive regenerative tourism initiatives

Jennifer Jensen has been appointed UK relationship manager for the Global Destination Sustainability Movement (GDS-Movement).
In her role, Jensen will support UK Local Visitor Economy Partnerships (LVEPs) and Destination Development Partnerships (DDPs), leveraging GDS-Movement's experience collaborating with 17 UK destinations to create and execute regenerative tourism strategies, measurement programs and storytelling initiatives.
Additionally, she will provide assistance to Visit England in its project with the English Core Cities, guiding them through their GDS-Index benchmarking journey to achieve sustainability goals effectively.
She previously headed the ConventionBureau at MarketingLiverpool for eight years.
