Leong new STB chief Oceania

Sandra Leong has been appointed area director Oceania region, covering both Australia and New Zealand, for the Singapore Tourism Board.

Based in the STB's Sydney office, Leong has worked in numerous roles with the STB since 2004 – most recently as senior manager - Strategic Marketing.


“Australia is an incredibly important market," said Leong. "It is our largest western visitor market and our third largest overall. As of April this year, 279,000 Australians have already visited Singapore‟s shores – a growth of 11 per cent on last year for the same period. Singapore as a destination has evolved significantly and there is much more to experience today than ever before."
