The 200-strong Best Western hotels and motels group will stage its annual Australasia Member Convention in Melbourne 01 – 04 August.
Sessions up for discussion include sales and marketing support, global brand recognition, an online presence, worldwide reservations centres, loyalty programs, operational support and group purchasing solutions.
 
The Member Convention will include workshops and training on revenue management, rate parity, customer service and social media as well as the opportunity to meet suppliers and network with other accommodation owners.
