Sydney Airport shareholders accept A$23.6bn bid

In Australia, 96 per cent of Sydney Airport shareholders have voted to accept a A$23.6 billion bid by a consortium of super funds and global investment partners. The Sydney Aviation Alliance group comprises IFM Investors, QSuper, AustralianSuper and Global Infrastructure Partners.
