Aer lingus pilot strike sees 244-plus flights cancelled

The Irish Air Line Pilots' Association (IALPA) president Mark Tighe claims Aer Lingus has not "repeatedly sought" to engage with the union and in fact, "we've asked repeatedly to meet them".
At least 244 Aer Lingus flights have been cancelled due to pilots' industrial action.
Overall, industrial action will affect more than 40,000 passengers due to fly with the airline between 26 June and 2 July.
