David Edwards (pictured left) has been appointed chief executive of the UK’s Royal Aeronautical Society (RAeS), succeeding sir Brian Burridge who is stepping down. Edwards will take over as on 20 September.
Until recently he was chief executive of the Air Charter Association and represented the sector to government and regulators during both the Brexit transition and Covid-19.
