Emirates applies fuel surcharge

Dubai-based Emirates has lifted fares by applying a fuel surcharge of between AED40 and AED520, depending on class and route. The surcharge will be reviewed on an ongoing basis with a view to quickly bringing fares down if fuel prices fall.
