Early traffic figures out of the Association of Asia Pacific Airlines (AAPA) for April 2012, show airlines based in the region carried 17.2 million international passengers in April, a 12.2 per cent increase over the same month last year. Load factor was 76.3 per cent, 1.1 percentage points higher than in the same month last year.
