While Timor Air appeared to founder last week with the ending of services on its only route, between Darwin and Dili, the carrier has indicated that it not only intends to start flights again but also to expand its network.
Berlin, Germany's new airport now will probably not open before March 2013 because of problems with fire regulations, much later than the original estimated three month delay that would have seen it open by September this year.
