SIA reports better April passenger traffic, worse cargo

April was a better passenger month – not so good for cargo - for Singapore Airlines, with the carrier reporting 9.8 per cent year-on-year growth in systemwide passenger carriage (measured in revenue-passenger kilometres), outpacing the increase in capacity (measured in available seat-kilometres) of 2.9 per cent.
