NZ High Court blocks airlines' early cartel appeal

The New Zealand High Court has refused to allow eight airlines accused of fixing air cargo prices to appeal the first part of the country's antitrust regulator's case, saying they must wait until the second part of the trial before petitioning the Court of Appeal.
